Trading conditions

Below are the general terms and conditions for users of the webshop. Please read the trading conditions before ordering goods.

In order to complete a correct product order, you must do the following:
Find the item(s) you want and put it in the shopping cart. Once you're done with that, proceed to the shopping cart.

In the shopping cart, browse your selected items and possibly edit the content. When the contents of your basket are correct, proceed to checkout.

In the checkout, please enter your personal information (name, address, etc.). Next, please select your preferred delivery method and payment method. In order to complete the purchase, you must accept our terms and conditions by ticking "I have read and accepted the terms and conditions" and then proceed to the payment window, where you must enter credit card information and/or other necessary information regarding purchase by payment card or required by any other chosen method of payment.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order receipt at your provided e-mail address, where we confirm receipt of your order. Immediately after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your package's unique shipping number (track and trace number) and an order confirmation.

Advance order / partial delivery

Several of our products must be pre-ordered. In such cases, the pre-order and expected delivery date will appear clearly both on the product page and in your shopping basket, so that there can be no doubt about this.

When you buy several products, one or more of which can only be delivered later compared to the remaining products in your order, you have the option of either:

have your order delivered in several installments

or ...

wait to have the entire order delivered at once. If your order is delivered over several rounds, we will only deduct the amount for the product we send.

In cases where you want partial delivery (delivery in several installments), you must pay for shipping for all shipments.

Change & cancellation of order

You can change or cancel the placed orders within 7 days after placing it, as our goods are produced specifically to the customer's order.

Delivery methods & delivery times

Europe and EU - We offer several delivery methods, ie. PostNord, UPS or GLS for shipping in . 

USA, Australien, Japan, etc. - upon ordering the best shipping solution/shipping company (as far as transit time, cost, etc. are concerned) will be chosen and the shipping price will be stated during check out in the shopping cart.

The delivery time depends on whether the item is in stock. If this is the case, our standard delivery applies, i.e. delivery within 5-10 working days. It also depends on delivery times specified by the chosen shipping company. If there is a waiting time for the item, you will receive an email with information about the expected delivery time during the processing of your order.

Prices for delivery

All prices are daily prices and stated in DKK incl. VAT and other charges 

The price you pay for delivery depends on delivery method and the price specified by the chosen shipping company.

FREE SHIPPING can only be obtained with delivery to Denmark.

Payment & security

When you shop at, your payment takes place in a secure environment. No one (except yourself) can read your credit card information or other sensitive information.

You can pay with all common credit cards (Dankort, VISA, MasterCard and debit card, etc.).

Right of return

You have thirty (30) days of full right of return from the day you receive your package.

In order to ease the handling time, and thus also increase the speed of when you get your money back, it is very important that you fill in and attach the enclosed return document with the reason(s) for your return(s).

Goods are returned at your own risk and you, as the sender, are responsible for ensuring that the contents of the return package are properly packed.


All refunds will be made no later than five (5) working days after arrival at our warehouse, after which the money should be visible in your account.


You are asked to return goods in good, undamaged and unused condition in order to expect a refund of the purchase value of the goods.


All products purchased in the webshop are of course covered by a 24-month right of complaint, as long as the complaint is justified and thus did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. A complaint must always be made within a "reasonable time" after the defect or damage is discovered.

Be aware that there may be excess color both inside and outside in products made of leather material. There is no guarantee that contamination cannot occur, however this can be prevented by impregnating the product.

When you want to send a complaint regarding the product, send an email to, preferably with a few pictures regarding the fault you have found with the product. This will enable us to make the right assessment. Most often we can offer improvement/repair of the product, therefore it is important that we get as much information as possible.

We do not pass your personal information to third parties without your consent.

All information provided is also stored securely and confidentially, cf. current legislation (we point out that you yourself are responsible for the information you provide in connection with an order).

We reserve the right to change the prices 

If the situation arises that there are increase of prices of cow hides or any other costs of production we reserve the right to change our prices accordingly.
